Zumba with Mandy.
Zumba is a fitness programme that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Weights/toning sticks are also used for part of the class for muscle toning. It is suitable for any level of fitness because you can join in at your own pace. And it doesn’t matter if you make mistakes because nobody is watching you!

Yoga with Sarah Williams.
All abilities and ages catered for.
During the class, we will warm up the joints and muscles, strengthening the core and use a flow of postures to keep the mind focused and present. One of the key ingredients to practising yoga comfortably, is learning to breathe deeply, to nurture and nourish the body through the postures so we can end the class with a relaxation, feeling strengthened, lengthened and calm, the mind having had a break from the businesses of constant activity.
